These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and phdraem ("phdraem", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the phdraem online gaming platform, website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the phdraem Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. phdraem is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Access from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited is strictly not permitted and is the sole responsibility of the user.
Each player is permitted to hold only one active phdraem account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of funds.
All transactions on phdraem are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and game balances are all denominated in PHP unless otherwise stated.
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. phdraem makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.
1.3 Registration Information. When registering for a phdraem account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
1.4 One Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) phdraem account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited. phdraem reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any winnings or bonuses associated with such accounts.
1.5 Account Verification. phdraem may require you to complete identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) procedures before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Verification may include submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may result in account suspension.
2.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phdraem account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify phdraem immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. phdraem will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
2.2 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your phdraem account, whether or not authorized by you. phdraem is entitled to assume that any person accessing your account using your credentials is you or is authorized by you.
2.3 Non-Transferability. Your phdraem account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate termination of the account and forfeiture of any balance.
Important: phdraem will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or phone call. If you receive any communication requesting your login credentials, do not respond and report it to phdraem support immediately. Protect your account at all times.
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phdraem accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other bank transfer methods as may be made available from time to time. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱).
3.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on phdraem is ₱100. phdraem reserves the right to change minimum deposit amounts at any time with or without prior notice.
3.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours of submission, subject to completion of identity verification and compliance with these Terms. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed faster. phdraem reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending verification or investigation of suspected fraud or Terms violations.
3.4 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that you are legally entitled to use. Depositing funds obtained through illegal means is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
3.5 No Fees. phdraem does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which phdraem bears no responsibility.
4.1 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible phdraem players as determined by phdraem in its sole discretion. Eligibility criteria may include account status, deposit history, geographic location, and other factors. phdraem reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time.
4.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirements applicable to each bonus will be stated in the relevant promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
4.3 Bonus Abuse. phdraem strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or engaging in any strategy that phdraem determines to be abusive. phdraem reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings and to close accounts where bonus abuse is suspected.
4.4 Welcome Bonus. New phdraem members may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions, including minimum deposit requirements and wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time of the offer.

5.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the phdraem Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager. phdraem accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of a player's failure to understand the rules of a game.
5.2 Random Number Generators. All virtual games on phdraem use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are entirely random and unpredictable. phdraem's RNG systems are regularly tested and certified by independent third-party auditors to ensure fairness and compliance with industry standards.
5.3 Live Casino Games. Live casino games on phdraem are conducted by professional dealers using physical equipment in a controlled studio environment. The results of live casino games are determined by the physical outcome of the game (e.g., the position of a roulette ball, the value of dealt cards) and are not subject to RNG technology.
5.4 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, phdraem reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the wagered amount to the player's account. phdraem's decision in such matters is final. 5.5 Disputed Results. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must notify phdraem support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed game round. phdraem will investigate the matter and provide a resolution within a reasonable timeframe. phdraem's decision on disputed game results is final and binding.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phdraem Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

8.1 Ownership. All content on the phdraem Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of phdraem or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Limited License. phdraem grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.
8.3 Restrictions. You may not copy, scrape, frame, or mirror any part of the Platform without phdraem's prior written consent. Any unauthorized use of phdraem's intellectual property may result in legal action.
9.1 Platform Availability. phdraem strives to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond phdraem's control. phdraem shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform unavailability.
9.2 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phdraem's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 Exclusions. phdraem shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if phdraem has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.1 Termination by phdraem. phdraem reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or illegal activity, failure to complete identity verification, or inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) months.
10.2 Termination by Player. You may close your phdraem account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
10.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account, your license to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law.
11.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phdraem Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
11.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
